SELF TAUGHT MUSICIAN.,STARTED PLAYING,WRITING AND SINGING IN 1978 AFTER INVESTING IN A GUITAR SHOP.UP TO THAT POINT I HAD NEVER TOUCHED AN INSTRUMENT EXCEPT FOR A BLUES HARP WHICH MY MOTHER TAUGHT ME TO PLAY WHEN I WAS 10.

John Batdorf was part of the sublime folk rock duo Batdorf and Rodney and lead singer of Silver whose hit Wham Bam in 1976 was part of the blockbuster movie's Guardians Of The Galaxy ll  soundtrack in 2017. Have a listen to nearly 50 years of original music.

I started writing songs in 2011, picked up the guitar and started recording. My wife Tami plays keyboards, and does the mixing.
