For his third outing on the label DMX Krew returns to Super Rhythm Trax with a six-tracker showcasing a wide repertoire of his musical madness chasing listeners, dancers and DJs from House to Techno while adding the game, his game, a slight Acid-note (from time to time), in short: Second Moon EP is a classic before it's out already. The B1, a revisit of The Wiggly Worm, comes in with a lush bass line topped with a sweet Acid-line and the "wiggly worm" vocal, which - in the course of the track - is enriched with various effects just like the bass- and synth-line of the track. Once again it proves to be true that it's not the high amount of elements, which make a track an outstanding one, but rather few ones combined doing the job just as DMX Krew does and did with this one. Chapeau!

DMX Krew's Second Moon EP will be released on Super Rhythm Trax on August 22nd, 2022.

Orchid - makes new indie and restores old Italo-Disco compositions, he has a very reverent attitude to music, because it motivates him, energizes him and gives him the opportunity to be its keeper. He loves music of joy, radiance and the energy of synthesizers.

The compositions of the "Automaticamore" EP were inspired by the Belgian New Beat era, when the producers began to mix their Phrygian modes and lingering parts with Italo Disco.

At the end, we added a remix of Slowmotion by Vibe Impact with a bolder sound and persistent acid parts.

Eliott Litrowski & Voiski team up for the first time with a new project impelled by their common love for analogic synthesizers, between Eliott's hybrid electro and Voiski’s post-trance. : Superski !

A proper name, which suits these artists who excel in live show, and who were able to find their own out-of-the-ordinary language, between electro, trance and Italo and confirm their uncompromising, colorful and positive club culture.

The cool German label Dance Petrol Records closes its 2022 season by delivering the second instalment of its well-curated VA series “Selected Fuels”. Yes, before you ask, “fuels”, in this context, means “tracks”, and yes, they are called this way because they are meant to ignite frenzy (aka wreak havoc) on the dance floor.

For the occasion, artists from all over Europe were invited to bring their own interpretation of House Music: Etur Usheo, Masupilami, A_P_F_L, Philip Habel, Jonas Gottlieb, Schegg, Passerines, and So.undso, veteran members of the label roster, received the company of Orbital Drum System and Robotiq, the newcomers.

Premiered here, A_P_F_L’s contribution is a refreshing 136-BPM cut. Featuring a KAPOW bassline, “Feels To Be” also presents dreamy chords and spot-on vocal hooks that establish a sober but upbeat atmosphere. It should be longer, though: Its less-than-five-minute-length is simply not enough to be properly danced to. But anyway, it is still longer than his previous 3:41-minute appearance on “Selected Fuels 001”. Slowly, the promising Hamburg-based producer is getting there. ;)

PREMIERE429 // A_P_F_L - Feels To Be

Mysterious, melodic and dark - Portuguese can-do-no-wrong-er Lake Haze is back, adding to his impressive catalogue a four-tracker EP named 'Coordinates Of A Decaying World' for Lisbon's ever-attentive Paraíso.

Off-beat toms and rim shots paired with squelchy, slippery, acid make the opener, 'Galactic Federation', feel as bouncy and polyrhythmic as a non 4/4 track, playing a delicious illusion on the audience - completed emotionally by beautifully
textured stabs and pads that speak of longing and perhaps of ethical space exploration to escape the pains of this Earth.

Reverb-drenched arpeggio acid and digital choirs welcome the listener in a grandiose, almost goth-like way, offset by an improvisational, on-the-go arrangement spirit, an impression that is met by the track title 'Jamming in Dracula's Castle'.

The B side opens with fat kicks and bass, its textures reminiscent of dutch and Belgian rave traditions; expertly merged with a Moroder-like synth-a-delic motif - always propulsed by that driving, taking-no-prisoners bass and acid lines.

The last track of the EP takes us to sunlight-drenched territories in comparison, with a warm sub bass and classic breaks serving as a base to another one of Lake Haze's expertly programmed acid lines.

The beautiful pads and melodies prevail, but the feeling in this closing number gives us an optimistic glimpse into a better future, after an EP that is about showing us some moodier, shadowy emotional rave bangers.

15 YEARS OF SEX TAGS MANIA! Established in Bergen 2004 and ran by DJ Sotofett & DJ Fett Burger the first 4-5 years as one of Norways only labels consistently releasing House & Techno on vinyl. Since about 2008/09 it's been operated by DJ Sotofett.

Skatebård's "Conga" has turned to be one of the most sought after releases from the Sex Tags Mania catalog with it's sparse pressing of about 2-300 copies – though most of the original stock was given away as the record gained minimal interest in 2005. The original record was cut with excellence by Lawrie Immersion – and pressed in his own plant – the now defunct Curved Pressings. MANIA 30 – the repress of "Conga" has as close to original sound as possible and it also carries a new B-side – the Crystal Bois live version of "Conga" from 2007, featuring Skatebård on male vox!

Those same infectious hooks dawn into the flip. “Agfachrome RSX II” is bright, clean and joy filled; Skatebård delivering pure goodness to nurture any bodies beginning to flag. Paranoia and the break of day enters with “Kodak Portra 800”, a minimal two stepping demon that cuts like vinegar. Shape shifting synthesizer sounds from an artist who simply ignores genres.
