We have always been massive fans of Shirley Ellis, so this cover was a no brainer. Although we recorded it in 2001 under the name "Da Muttz", it wasn’t until subsequent mixes in 2003 that this track made it out onto vinyl to become one of our best selling EPs to date.

A fusion of all our musical loves.. A bit of Breaks, bit of hip hop, some lounge, a little bit of soul and of course a little sprinkling of silly. This track was originally written for konami's "Beatmania" - the original PlayStation DJ simulation game.  We mixed a lot of the other tracks on that game for Konami too.. Regardless.. we were totally rubbish at the game. How does that work?

This track also made it onto another playstation game (SSX) a Kelloggs commercial and a Hollywood movie (although I forget which one)

Skeewiff feat Charlise Rookwood - Love Power [Remaster]

We first did an edit of the original Quincy Jones Soul Bossanova to play at Nick Hollywood's "Club Montepulciano" club night. The reaction was so strong - we simply had to do a cover of our own. Definitely the largest production we had done back then, with a brass section, numerous vocalists and percussionists. 

This version is a completely brand new (analog) mix made from the original stems. The piano track (which was originally a plug in) has been replaced with a shiny new (real) Grand Piano. :D

A collaboration between us and Incognito for the Arcade game "Space Channel 5". Still remember Bluey's brief.. It has to be quite gritty, but clean and direct. Lots of fills, and make sure you want jump to your feet when you hear it. Check. Mans a legend.

This was remixed analog from the original stems. The original was quite lo-fi (we mixed it on leftover scraps of 80s studios.. we were poor) so hopefully this one is a nice fresh alternative.
