Yes. It's the return of DJ Marky. The Brazilian magician's been in the studio, wrapped up his debut solo artist album and is set to release it just in time for those summer BBQs, parties in the park and rooftop raves. 

Although he's no stranger to an LP - don't forget he hooked up with fellow Brazilian XRS for 2004 gem 'In Rotation' - this is the first time he'll be releasing his own, with his label Innerground Records its home. What can we expect? That unmistakable drum 'n' bass funk of his and a couple of disco-dashed numbers.

Hands down the greatest Drum and Bass album ever released. I just found out that my favorite producer/the Godfather of Drum and Bass has pulled out of production.  :(  I can guarantee this album will change your life. It did for me so many years ago and still to this day I jam out to at least 1 song if not all the songs on here daily.

Metrik’s highly anticipated second album ‘LIFE/THRILLS’ released on Hospital Records is an exhilarating and flawlessly executed evolution of his signature sound. This young newcomer hailing from South Africa under the name Sirka delivered us 2 smooth wonderful liquid tracks.

First track is named "Modern Jazz",and as the name gives away,it's a jazzy drum'n'bass track with strings and brass and bumpy bassline.

The second track "Don't Let Me Go" features 2 South African vocalists named Given Nkanyane & Tyler Meiring with some amazing vocals!This one also got some incredible gitar sounds and simple yet touching keys. 

Be sure that this isn't the last thing we heard from Sirka!

No event celebrates dance music’s excess and success like the Miami Winter Music Conference. Having outgrown its four-day flesh-pressed networking roots, the last two weeks of March sees the Florida hotspot don the crown as Party Central. A mainstay at the annual sun-soaked session since their first outing to the US east coast in 1998, Ram Records know the Miami experience intimately.
