Parasex are an Estonian-Italian duo based in Estonia. Angelica & Riccardo Alescio - a spicy mix of - a Sicilian hot boy & an east cold 90's girl: Angelica Alescio a.k.a. Angè; a true rocker from early childhood, after discovering electronic music from a young age, she was eventually drawn to dark disco tobacco-stained synths, provocative vocals, erotic Italian grooves, acid notes and anything with powerful energy. She is the Co-founder of the Dark Disko event series in Estonia, a DJ for over a decade and a producer as of late. She has brought many talented artists from that underground circle. 

Angelica meets Riccardo in 2022, year in which they begin their project called Parasex.  At the beginning, before the birth of the Parasex duo, Riccardo will collaborate with Angelica by writing the lyrics and singing for some of her tracks. Riccardo Alescio is a Sicilian visual artist & producer and of course, shares with her the passion for rock music, electronic music & the  underground culture. With the birth of the Parasex project they combine their qualities in musical production and performing on stage, discovering new creative possibilities by fusing their musical tastes and cultural backgrounds.

Together they have shared the stage with an artists like Alan Dixon, Séxstasy, Djedjotronic, Kendal, Pablo Bozzi, Curses, Sugar Rody, Nunzio Borino, Massimiliano Pagliara, Fabrizio Mammarella, Franz Scala, Fantastic Man, Jennifer Cardini & many more talented artists from over the globe and the talents from the local rising artist from Estonia. 

Parasex have already released music on Nothing Is Real Records, Last Love Records, Hearecords, Wrong Era, Logical Records and upcoming more on NIR, Melomana, Soviett Records, Discoteca Negra, and more TBA.

Skif Tafari or his favourite tempo!
Over the years of his extensive experience as a DJ, he has continuously immersed himself into countless music scenarios and sound combinations which at some point resulted in willingness to come up with and bring to life his own ideas. This decision became fundamental in launching Taras Kohanovskyi’s project named Skif Tafari. Taras is not only a DJ but also a vinyl enthusiast with an impressive collection of top-notch music of various genres that has been formed for more than two decades. It varies from acid house, breakbeat, late 80’s / early 90’s jungle to contemporary sounding of deep house, microhouse, breaks, dub techno, minimal breakbeat, ragga dub, 2step and d’n’b. 
During the soundcheck at one of the major music events, Taras once heard an old-school breakbeat piece which stirred his nostalgic feelings and brought him back to the basics. Dusting off his old records and a collection of music samples, he got down to writing new tracks as SKiF TAFARi. Owing to many years of experience and reconsidered look at his favourite rhythms, SKiF TAFARi’s tracks gained high-quality sounding which is highly recognizable and sometimes ironic.
