I got serious about playing when I was 18...in my 1st band a year later and went from there. The songs on this page are from three parts of my musical journey. 

The 1st is from the 90's with my longtime musical partner Lori Smith. We called our band Avenue Expression. There are songs we wrote together and by ourselves and mostly recorded at our rehearsal studio at the time. 

The 2nd part is from when I lived in NY (2001 to mid 2012) these are mostly instrumentals. 

The third part are the songs since I've returned home (to San Francisco). There are both Avenue Expression songs and my instrumentals (and one song with my friend Margot Rudell). 

I hope you enjoy the songs. I love playing music and it's been part of my entire adult life in some way, shape and form. Cheers and Peace.
