Rob Hes has been a busy man… In the six months since the Dutch artist last flexed his tools of the trade on
SCI+TEC he’s dented discographies with slick physical grooves on KD Raw, Elevate, Tronic and My Favourite
Freaks. For good reason; he’s cooking up some high grade techno right now.
Now back on Dubfire’s imprint, it’s yet another late night crusade into the unknown. ‘Skin Deep’ sets the scene
with a soaring hook that rises and rises relentlessly, constantly mutating to create an ultimately psychedelic
effect. A classic gear-shifter; energy and intensity levels are guaranteed to raise several levels when you drop
this.
‘The Interview’ flips Rob’s sonic coin for a much creepier saga. After the smouldering, tripped-out intro, we’re hit
with a mutant acid arpeggio that stalks amid a heavily stretched humanoid texture before melting into a
breakdown of mind-melting proportions. True dark room dynamite.
Two more critical constructions from a consistently on-point man who’s fast-becoming a regular on the
SCI+TEC rollcall. Who knows how many other discographies or playlists he’ll dent before he returns again?

Blasting off, the first release from VOLTAGE Records signifies the beginning of a new era. Our label is proud to feature a sizzling original mix from Ukrainian techno star Skober. launching off pedal to the metal!
This is a unique, deep track with vintage synths and real oldschool scent, typical of Skober's productions, that will literally destroy the floor once played live!

To celebrate this release VOLTAGE Records is releasing 3 remix from 3 different artists, composing a diverse roster of tracks, so different among them, that could be easily played back to back! 
Spanish star Alberto Ruiz, debuts on Voltage with his remix on Skober's "I need it Raw" designating his version with his own personal rhythmical style, full of energy and driving beats. 
Voltage label boss Anna V. has created a super hot, percussive and speedy version, loaded with powerful basses, clever drones and kicks, while preserving the original scent, adding a touch of vocals, in order to create a mood riser.
Last but not least, the Spaniard Gaston Zani's edit is amazingly dark and huge, signified by a monster kick and unique atmosphere, clearly imposing his experience in making bomb tracks to destroy any floor.

Luca Marchese is back on phobiq with no-less than three brand-new offerings. The title track sets the tone with a pulsating bassline and alarming synths while next up is the vibrant “Acid Orchestra” which adds acidic synths and stomping kicks to its rhythm section.  “Dream Machine” goes for a more subliminal approach which unfolds to reveal hyperactive chords and soaring electronics which come together to create a well-arranged atmosphere. Closing up is JSPR with his darker “nightmare” interpretation of “Dream Machine”, adding soaring horns and sinister melodies.

BIOGRAPHY
Skober is a Ukrainian techno DJ and producer with his unique deep-techno style. Having good music background and experience playing in rock band in his early youth it is no surprise that after being infected by House vibes this young man jumped on the right wagon. 

Keeping up the original works for his home label Skober has done lots of tracks and remixes for labels like Drumcode, Phobiq, Respekt, Trapez, Fone Audio, Remain, Rhythm Converted, Spark Musik, Code, Organism. There were numerous entries in techno and minimal tops on different music shops all over the world done by Skober's music and he got support from some serious players in this industry. 

He is supported by such famous artists as Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick, Joseph Capriati, Slam, Dubfire, Sasha Carassi, Markantonio, Luigi Madonna, Harvey McKay, Mark Reeve, Spektre, Tom Hades, Axel Karakasis, Steve Parker Loco & Jam, Mr. Bizz, RedHead and many others. But he is not running over the quantity of tracks as his main point is quality and ideas. So watch out and support!
