Acquit Records owner DX-9 from Berne, Switzerland sends you up into the clouds with a dreamy Electro version of ”Carnian Pluvial Episode”. 

We go back a long way, roughly a quarter of a century, and it was Acquit Records who took me on board first around the turn of the century, and again for my renaissance after more than a decade and a half of no musical output. I will be forever grateful for his support.

Apart from that, he has released on Drumcode, Soma, Music Man and many other labels. Well known for his tribal techno earlier this century, he’s now going down a more minimal path, and his driving take on “There’s No Pink In The Rainbow” is no exception to that.

Sam's passion for Techno/Electro began in 1996 when he purchased his first synthesizer. The following year, he ventured into DJing and made his mark with a release on Acquit Records in 2002 under the alias Arian Cerddor. In 2003, he co-founded Meadow Records.

After a long break from music due to relocating from Switzerland to New Zealand in 2009 and shifting priorities, Sam is back with Skonoks, his latest project. Get ready to experience the revitalised energy as Sam brings forth a fusion of melodic sweetness and pulsating drive.
