The Learning Alliance (TLA) Lullaby Project is a partnership with Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute that facilitates original lullaby creation with young families in Indian River County, Florida. Our educators and musicians work with parents, caregivers, and community groups to provide musical experiences of connection and early language development.
