London based Dj & producer Strago's musical background begins at the age of 10 when he was admitted in his local music shool.
In 97, a trip to London and a visit to a couple of legendary clubs such as The End or the Metalheadz sundays at Blue Note got him instantly hooked to drum&bass, an addiction that he still hasn't been able to kick!
In the year 2000 he started promoting his own nights, djing in and around the Madrid area. In 2003 launched Mutacube, a crew which was later to become a recordlabel, releasing tunes both on vinyl and digital formats. As a dj, Strago's played for 15 years in festivals, clubs and free parties all over Europe. His style on the decks is best described as dark and dynamic, expertly mixing the freshest dubs with classics and forgotten gems rescued from his numerous crates!
As a producer his style goes from tech neuro to deep rolling dark and moody beats, releasing tunes from 2006 in labels such Mutacube, Vampire, DSCI4, Medschool, Niteshadeinc and Melting Pot Records. He also has done collaborations and remixes with Krone, Malsum, Phil Source, Snooks, V.U. and Lokdon.

Sacred Geometry is a luminary project where Mind (UK) started crafting ethereal journeys through deep, progressive, psychedelic, tech and drum and bass music at the end of 2022. This is just the beginning and all of my creations are self taught and designed with love and nurture.

With an eclectic blend of hypnotic rhythms, pulsating basslines and atmospheric melodies, each curated mix invites listeners to immerse themselves in a transcendental musical odyssey.

Follow me on an auditory journey exploring the vast spectrum of music. I have a collection of amazing genres specific curated sets to tickle your brain, elevate your mind and expand your consciousness. It aims to craft a transcendental sonic experience for the listener on each iteration. Dive deep into the pulsating basslines, squelchy frequency modulations, sawtooth synthesis and immersive atmospheres

Growing up to the Psy culture of Goa from the early 2000s, listening to some of the best Artists deep in the forests and beaches really left a big impression on our psyche. Tune in and let your journey begin.

As a DJ, i have been mixing since the mid 90,s  collecting vinyl since I was 14 years old. represented in the Uk, France, Poland, also played on many radio stations from the early 2000 era. stations such as Trilogy, UKs Finest,(RIP Tec One) Logic, Flight.
 I have been involved in events with Drum Unit over the last few years, establishing nights with a journey. 
Also mention a fallen brother Dark Logic (RIP) who was an inspiration to these early events. 
Also, in recent movements, I have been involved in starting and running Drum Unit Recordings with DJ Tron, establishing four releases on the label with lots of projects planned. 
Also, Martin Poison(RIP) was very much the foundation in the Label routes. He is miss and never forgotten.

Sam Reed aka Tokyo Prose is the leading producer of liquid drum & bass in NZ. His music has been released on Soul:r, Samurai Music, Hospital Records and his most recent album “Wild Grace” was released on Lenzman’s emergent The North Quarter label. His music is regularly supported by many of the scenes biggest names including Calibre, Lenzman, Hybrid Minds, LSB, DJ Marky, London Elektricity and many more.

For a career of over ten years’, Tokyo Prose has a succinct and carefully managed back-catalogue of music. He has a deliberate, restrained, and soulful production style with a firm focus on musicality and groove.

Tokyo Prose started his career on Samurai Music with 2011’s 'Introducing Tokyo Prose’ EP that featured the breakout tune "Saving Grace”.  In the same year, Tokyo Prose with Fis went onto launch the Samurai Horo label including the track “The Truths” which featured on Forrest Swords’ 2018 DJ Kicks compilation.   

In 2014 Tokyo Prose released his debut album ‘Presence’ on Samurai Music. ‘Presence’ marked the culmination of his musical exploration and evolution up until that point - encapsulating the soulful, emotive vibrancy of the Tokyo Prose sound, now fully formed and refined. The album included several features with DRS, Riya and Fox on vocals and Lenzman, Synkro and LSB on co-production. 

Soon after saw his first feature on Marcus Intalex's hugely respected label Soul:R with 'Tell Me', on the 5th edition of the popular Fourfit series.

Tokyo Prose’s sophomore album on The North Quarter 'Wild Grace' delivered a masterclass in emotive musical storytelling. The project features some of his most sought-after works including the popular ‘Innate Motion’, ‘Trick of the Light’ and ‘Brilliant Corners’. ‘Innate Motion’ was also featured in Calibre’s BBC Essential Mix.
