Denver producer Cielo(US) loves a good melodic hook, but let’s be honest - he’s in this for the funk of it. Since his debut release, Sweet Rain, dropped in August of 2022, he’s had a steady stream of releases and remixes dropping on the Ibiza based label Be Adult Music, and his debut on Amulanga, Letting Go, drops on the day of this mixtape, 5/19/23. Along the way his productions have earned support from the likes of Modd, Ilias Katelanos, Greg Ochman, Facundo Mohrr, Joseph Capriati, Deek That, Molac, and more. As he continues to sharpen his vision in the studio, he’s seeking that elusive spot where organic, afro, deep, melodic, and funk vibes spiral into something new and fresh.

Here on the Seventh Moonlight Mixtape, he dials the knob just a bit towards darkness for an organic set mostly fit for well after sundown. We hope you enjoy it.
