We welcome Timur Gabrilyan a.k.a Taleman, for the fifty-first edition of the 'Deep In Mix' series. Taleman is a gifted DJ and electronic musician hailing from the bustling city of Moscow, Russia. With an unwavering passion for composing and performing music, Taleman began his journey into the world of music production back in 2011.

From his early days of experimentation to his current standing as a recognized artist, Taleman's musical repertoire has transcended genres, encompassing a diverse range of styles that span from deep, soulful house to the organic, earthy tones of his signature sound. His works have been released on labels such as Amulanga, Where The Shadow Ends, Flug Lab, Souksonic, Delysid and Akbal Music, to name a few. Notably, Taleman's collection boasts an impressive EP album that was released on Chuvstvo Ritma Rec. and, more recently, a debut vinyl release on the acclaimed Amulanga, an independent record label founded in 2019 by Modd and Ventt. The success of his previous works inspired Taleman to embark on a new venture, and in 2020, he founded his record label, "Try To Find Sound."

This mix showcases his unique flair for the organic house genre. A true master of his craft, Taleman has curated a selection of tracks, with a majority being his own, presenting listeners with an exclusive experience that is both authentic and captivating. Though we have been fans of his music for a few years, we were introduced to Söhns through his and Chris IDH's Afro-style springtime remix of resident Snowedin’s Rabbit Valley, and we’re honored to welcome him back to the Sky Terrace fold. Based in Katerini, Greece, Söhns’s résumé includes releases with organic house innovators Melody of the Soul, Amulanga, and Where the Shadow Ends. Listening to this twelfth installment of Moonlight Mixtapes gives us the feeling that he effortlessly strikes an equilibrium between mind, body, and sound. Forays into the deep-ends of house juxtaposed with playful notes of flamenco guitar, Norwegian electronica, and tribal chant give this mix an air of reverie that’s versatile enough for day-to-night rotation.
