“Three Channels” is a reflective, mid-tempo modern rock song about connection, noise, and meaning in the digital age.
It uses the metaphor of three channels — like frequencies, signals, or communication lines — to explore how people reach for each other through static, distance, and misunderstanding.

The story unfolds across emotional “channels”:

Channel One — The Noise: all the distractions, social chatter, and false signals.

Channel Two — The Memory: the personal voice inside, recalling what was real.

Channel Three — The Truth: the quiet connection that remains once everything else fades.

The tone is human and grounded — not cynical, but observant.
It carries that sense of “trying to tune in to what really matters.”

Track 10 from the album "B Sides, Alternates and Other Songs" ......... a collection of 10 songs written or recorded during the making of my "For the Stars" album in 2019 but didn't make the album.......releasing one song monthly thru October 2020!

"You Don't Know Me" is another true B Side. It was written long before I statred the "For the Stars" album and I recorded it with the intentions of having it on the album. But my wife vetoed it (she's my "test" audience!) in favor of another song and I felt 10 songs were enough for this album. So here it is now!
