Looney Moon Records was founded in 2008, drawing on a collective of promising and varied artists from the very first day.
Concerning the music, the two label heads DJ Phobos and DJ Fog manage to realize a refreshing independent underground style.
Based on a very sophisticated approach towards the production quality, Looney Moon stands for highly energetic, kicking bass sounds and catchy synthesizer riffs, escalating to twisted sound structures and uplifting breaks and finally joining all the musical forces again in an intelligent, harmonic and melodic groove.

Rugrats are the Swiss psytrance duo that has rapidly risen to the top psytrance charts worldwide with their releases on Looney Moon Records and more highly renown record labels.

Coming from an instrumental education, Oli & Pat met in 2013 at psychedelic trance events in Basel (Switzerland), and began playing as a DJ duo shortly after.

In the same year, they started to produce music finding their soundscape within the deepest, dynamic psychedelic trance with an eye for quality, sharpness of the modulations and a minimalistic touch.

Acid punks is a new project by Ace Ventura & Outsiders.

Yabba dabba is the french project of Frederick B and Jeremy Q, both grew up in new caledonia, they explored the psychedelic world together and this experienced developed a several connection. now basing in france we are making a groovy deep 	and trippy sound with communicative energy on it

Slackjoint is Florian and Roman from Hamburg, Germany. Slackjoints sound is dedicated to the psychedelic realm, the driving vortex, the roller-coaster of emotions and altered minds: Psychedelic Trance and its wildest, punk rockin' expressions.

Jimi Green is the Psytrance project of Jonas Kalkreuth from Germany. Throughout his life music has been a loyal companion either by playing multiple instruments, being surrounded by musicians, or listening as much as possible, always being eager to find new inspiring musical ideas. Once he discovered psychedelic trance, he knew the possibilities of musical expression would be endless. After years of experimentation, trial and error he found his own unique interpretation of psychedelic music. Over the years he released tremendous amounts of tunes with his two-man project Duke & Gonzo. After years of composing music together, he felt it was time to explore the realm of psychedelic music on his own and see what will happen once he got down the rabbit hole. Heavy influenced by all kinds of music this project is driven by funky psychedelic soundscapes, groovy basslines, and hard-hitting drums, creating a unique sonic experience which will definitely get your feet moving!
