Field Of Dreams are Chris Kentish & Alan Mackenzie. Both have produced many tracks on their own or with other bands (Field Theory and D:Ream being the obvious ones!) but fate has thrown them together and they can't stop making tunes! They have releases out or due on Pleasure Unit and Clandestino Records. Their remix of Les Crocodiles’, La Nuit Des Tropiques is an ALFOS staple and has met universal approval. There will be more. Over the past year or so Field Of Dreams have been gaining support from many of the heavy hitters on the scene without actually having any music released. Their huge remix of Les Crocodiles', 'La Nuit Des Tropiques' being a case in point. That's now been remedied with their recent releases on Pleasure Unit being quickly followed by this monster. Released on their own label and remixed expertly by one of those heavy hitters, Mr Andrew Weatherall, and the hugely talented Mind Fair, this is set to explode.

The Original Vocal mix tips its hat to that 90's indie, progressive dance championed by the Guvnor back then, featuring a heavy breakbeat, huge bassline, dub pianos and panpipes! Then there's the vocalist, Mr Bradley, who sounds, uncannily, like a certain Mr Lydon which may throw some but works a treat. Strap yourself in and enjoy the ride.  Mind Fair drop the pan pipes and most of the vocals, beef up the kick and concentrate on the opening riff, adding a few more drums. Andrew dubs it out adding 808 drums with Al’s vocal repeating throughout.
