Push Communications turn their focus back to the fresh sounds of new disco for this extensive and inspiring compilation. Following on from volume one in 2011, this release catches up with recent major players and true dance floor destroyers, treating us to exceptional cuts from some of the leading lights of the scene.
As with Push’s hugely popular My Tech House and My Deep House series, this focus on new disco pulls together a wide-ranging selection of sounds under the same flag. Classic 70’s and 80’s disco elements are fused with cutting edge production techniques, tweaked and primed for contemporary ears, and incorporating the deeper end of the house spectrum.
