Sleeping Forest est une artiste ambient signée sur le label Hadra Altervision Records. 
Son style allie des influences tournées vers le rock psychédélique et la world music à une minutie propre aux musiques électroniques. Issue d’une formation pianiste classique, elle pratique aussi le violoncelle depuis quelques années : une expérience d'instrumentiste qui se reflète indéniablement dans ses compositions. 

Son premier album « Rise of Nature », sorti le 15 février 2013, nous laissait découvrir.l’atmosphère à la fois lancinante, mélancolique et épique dont seule Sleeping Forest a le secret. Ses compositions regorgent de mélodies chargées en émotions et de nappes en constante évolution, avec l’utilisation de nombreux samples puisés dans la nature qui intensifie l’immersion dans son univers. 

Après de nombreuses participations sur des compilations, Sleeping Forest revient sur les devants de la scène et propose une série d’EP thématique autour des quatre saisons. Le premier EP intitulé “Echotones part 1” dont la sortie est prévu en septembre 2020, vous fera découvrir sa vision musicale de la saison automnale à travers une composition chill out, allant de 115 à 105 bpm, mariant de nombreuses mélodies à des nappes enivrantes et des rythmiques légères.

Her style combines influences turned towards psychedelic rock and world music with a meticulousness specific to electronic music. Born from a classical pianist background, she has also been playing the cello for a few years: an experience as an instrumentalist that is undeniably reflected in her compositions. 
 
Her first album "Rise of Nature", released on February 15, 2013, let us discover the haunting, melancholic and epic atmosphere that only Sleeping Forest has the secret. His compositions are full of emotionally charged melodies and constantly evolving layers, with the use of numerous samples drawn from nature which intensifies the immersion in his universe. 
 
After many participations on compilations, Sleeping Forest comes back on the front of the scene and proposes a series of thematic EPs around the four seasons. The first EP entitled "Echotones part 1" which is scheduled for release in September 2020, will make you discover his musical vision of the fall season through a chill out composition, ranging from 115 to 105 bpm, combining many melodies with intoxicating layers and light rhythmics.
