Following on from their debut release 'Forbidden Fruit' and their follow up single 'Check Mate' – the FiNE guys are back in full force with their Cloud 9 EP which includes the title track accompanied by three incredible remixes by K.A.L.I.L, Elliott Creed and Jack Colletta.

The original - high in energy and rich with tension that gradually builds with winding synths and tastefully sliced vocal cuts throughout the composition.

Our favourite Brazilian brother K.A.L.I.L then takes the track and stays true to the melodic aspects of the original but has produced a driving techno, rave like stomper.

Geelong's own Elliott Creed dives deep with a euphoric rendition of Cloud 9, pulling on the heart strings and emotional side of the melodies to create his own unique spin – a true timeless piece of music.

Rounding out the EP is Jack Colletta with a fun, bouncy and minimalistic remix, keeping the original melodies on the forefront of the drive and transporting us to memories of those fun day time dance floor energies.

Berlin producer Kevin De Vries has emerged as one of the capital's most hotly tipped newcomers since his track ”Eternity" appeared on Adam Beyer's Drumcode label in 2016. Besides such luminaries as Beyer, Sven Väth and Richie Hawtin, Tale Of Us have also recognised his talent, paying De Vries the compliment of featuring his track "Path To Immortality" on their Fabric 97 CD this year. If that’s not enough they’ve also given Kevin a place of honour on their very own Afterlife label compilation in the form of "Mágoa".

Which brings us to the matter in hand. De Vries' debut for Cocoon is characterised by significantly higher levels of impulsive energy without ever losing sight of his instinctive feel for harmony. "Meraki" speckles shimmering harmonic textures over the structured bass end, reminiscent of sunlight reflecting on turbulent seas - absolutely perfect for dancing through long summer nights! Teaming up with canadian friend Weska "Sonorous" orchestrates a tropical heatwave before the cyclical after-hour techno of "My Blurred Dream" brilliantly rounds off this heavy duty 3-tracker.
