"Lotusland" was created to feel slightly otherwordly. I worked on this song over an 8-month period and I was trying to capture the emotional state of joy and wonder but with a subtle hint that overindulgence in such is also not a good state.
The last minute of the song has a shift in feeling, slightly more blissful and dreamy, but with subtle deliberate changes in the sound quality to reflect this hint that more is not always better. That is where the title "Lotusland" came from - a term meaning "An idyllic realm of contentment and self-indulgence".

Aamunkoiton pehmeissä sävyissä ja illan hellässä hehkussa oli paikka, jossa jokaisen sydämen kuiskaus kuultiin. Se oli suojapaikka, jossa itse tuuli tuntui kuuntelevan, turvapaikka sielulle.

Tässä lempeässä lämmön ja valon syleilyssä kehkeytyi ainutlaatuinen hetki, jonka kaksi vierasta jakoivat, heidän elämänsä hipaisten toisiaan kuin perhosten siivet. He eivät puhuneet suurista tarinoista, vaan pienistä iloista ja suruista, sellaisista jotka muodostavat jokapäiväisen arkemme.
