“City of God’s Son” is a unique and one-of-a-kind cinematic experience. It is unlike any other film you have seen before, and unlike any musical experience you have ever heard.

The optimal way to view this project to truly experience the full effect is as follows:

Step 1: Turn all lights off in the room, and turn your cell phone on silent so it does not distract you. This project is intensely immersive, and anything that distracts you will take you out of the experience. It also runs at 1 hour and 15 minutes long so feel free to use the bathroom before starting to not disrupt the experience.

Step 2: Place a blindfold of some kind on your forehead above your eyes on your forehead so that you can still see (a sleeping mask or bandana of some kind will work). 

Step 3: Put on a good pair of headphones. This project was recorded using special technology optimized for headphones. You will keep the headphones on for the entire duration of the screening.

Ive been slowly digitizing my archive of tapes. This one is a variety of radio shows recorded while living in the West Village of Manhattan and then in Jersey City. The stations were Columbia Univ in NYC (WKCR) and then WFMU in Jersey. Crazy to think new music would come from underground college and freeform radio stations you'd have to sit with a boom box in my case and pause / record as the show went on. These tapes are un-edited to give the real experience with all its hissing and static and songs that cut off. Put something in the air and enjoy..Peep that Pumpkin Head ( RIP) and J-Live radio appearence.
