Colleen Green is an L.A.- based singer/songwriter known for her DIY approach to all output, from music to merchandise. First making a name for herself in early 2010 upon the self-release of her debut album "Milo Goes to Compton", Green was signed to Hardly Art records later that year. Her music runs the gamut from quirky, distorted, homemade drum machine pop to bright, loud, full-band, full-studio recordings. Her critically acclaimed and well-crafted "born in the 80s, raised in the 90s and living in the present" songs, while at times lyrically dark, represent a fun and easily enjoyable blend that is at once power pop, grunge, punk, and rock 'n' roll, and feels right at home on Sub Pop offshoot Hardly Art.
