Slim & The Beast is an American folk rock trio made up of twin brothers and singer/songwriters Aaron and Samuél Lopez-Barrantes, and French/American singer/songwriter Aurelien Amzallag. Having played together throughout Europe and lived in New Orleans, the band's sound combines harmony-rich melodies inspired by CSNY and The Beatles with modern electronic pop elements inspired by Tame Impala and Parcels.
 
Slim & The Beast is currently working with a host of Paris-based producers, including Irfane (Breakbot), Yan Goro (Gush), and Thomas Laverhne of Pampa Folks. The band's second EP will be released in the summer of 2019, culminating in a debut album that combines pure, vintage sounds with a modern edge.
