“Distance” is a pure ray of Summer sunshine. A true labour of love for the producer, it sits in that sweet spot between UK Garage and House Music, extrapolating the best elements from both genres for a truly sublime piece of sonic craftmanship. Manchester-based singer and songwriter Yemi Bolatiwa lends her considerable talents to the song, supplying a stunning vocal that elevates the piece into future classic territory.

“Cynefin” expands on the former track with a bright selection of instrumentation underpinning a melodic garage cut that transports your soul to scenes of far-flung places with long-lost friends, shot through with a tenderness that can’t but help to warm your heart.

“Need More” works its way into your good graces with a sublime piece of smoky beatwork accompanied by the emotive vocal delivery of lyricist Rorys Aspect, taking you into his confidence with a subtly wry confessional that slowly transforms into a slow-motion house masterpiece.
