The International Meeting of Multimedia Arts (RIAM) takes place in Marseille. It is an initiative of the non-profit association “Technè”.&#13;
Searching for a dialog with a network of artistic organizations, the RIAM works to give the best visibility and understanding of the artists presented. We chose not to make of “digital arts” an independent area, but to establish an animated dialog with other experimental and innovative artistic forms.&#13;
We put the accent on a limited artist’s selection, to whom we bring a substantial support to the spreading and the production, presenting them in different spaces. Concerning the production, we deal first with the setting of the expositions and music performances and then with the edition of the works.&#13;
We are also concerned by the importance of building networks of organisations, places and artists, not only in our artistic field, but in the one that includes the latest ideas in the current of artistic and theoretical stakes. The purpose is to stimulate a dialog about both the ethical and esthetic questions up by the new technologies.&#13;
Beyond a large work of diffusion, we focus on the support of the artists’ production (before and after the RIAM), creating a dialog and a real synergy that brings artists, works, audience, and organizations together and that connects the RIAM to the creating networks already existing.&#13;

Présentations

Le théâtre. 
Je l’ai rencontré au collège lorsqu’en 5eme j’assistai à Ubu Roi d’Alfred Jarry.
J’ai continué cette relation pendant longtemps en devenant technicien du spectacle.

Au grès des lieux et des festivals j’ai rencontré beaucoup de personnes, participé à des moments qui bouleversent et soumettent aux doutes les convictions. Je m’épanouissais surtout dans les formes soit les plus travaillées sur plateau (Gisèle Vienne, Roméo Castelucci, etc…) soit les hors les murs demandant peu de moyens pour un public de passage dans l’espace public, et je pense ici à Renaud Herbin ou Gwenaël Morin par exemple… 

Par besoin de faire autre chose j’ai passé ces dernières années au sein de France Culture en qualité de réalisateur. Et aujourd’hui la forme du podcast est ma façon de pouvoir soumettre un questionnement sur le théâtre en général. 

Par l’intermédiaire d’Alexandre Delawarde de la compagnie NAR6 dirigée par Anne Barbot j’espère réaliser un début de mise en forme de toutes ces recherches de réponses que j’ai envie de partager avec vous.
