Slope Point continues to expand its list of artists with the arrival of Anddie and his EP titled Journey To The Inner Self, which will contain 4 tracks, including a remix by Irony. Talking to Myself is the opening track, where the percussion sinuously takes us into a landscape full of echoes and chords that gracefully adorn our ears. In Journey To The Inner Self, a constant pad embarks us on an introspective journey towards pleasant memories, with a happy rhythm that subtly reels off our past thoughts. In the Irony remix, the drum machine dominates our journey accompanied by vaporous chords that wistfully absorb us. To close, Everything As a Reason is marked by a sparkling rhythm, evoking situations of past and future excitement where jubilation and adrenaline will take our mind to sonic ecstasy.

Liuos seemed to arrive on the dub techno scene all at once with Terms EP, his strong debut on Cold Tear Records, but this was the culmination of two decades of experimentation and discipline. A unique mix of power and spaciousness, of both longing and will, Liuos’ work stands out for its clarity and expansiveness. Working steadily from his modest studio in Finland, Liuos has quietly become a respected name in the world of dub techno, with releases on Cold Tear, Lucidflow, and spclnch, and remixes for Superordinate Dub Waves and Off Records (Belgium).

I love a variety of sounds, but tend to lean towards the deep side.
