Adam Cook aka Tommy Rawson returns to Bergerac with another killer EP of uplifting, tropical deep house, broken beat and Brit funk vibes. Following on from 2018s Gilles Peterson hammered 'Deep Blue' EP, he returns to Red Rack'ems Bergerac label with an absolutely killer 3 tracker which showcases the Watford, England based producers world class musical chops. Berlin House Music launches its digital label with "Wild Life EP" by their own Groovebox Masters.
The EP includes 3 "Four-To-The-Floor" Bangers and one breakbeat "set-closer" track. Three of those tracks were part of the Groovebox Masters live-set at one of the infamous Berlin clubs in 2019. After a huge success of the live-set and a lot of requests to release it, they decided to record a couple of the tracks for a release!
A definite recommendation for the dance floor.

I’m Johan!
23 years old and just moved to Copenhagen, Denmark. I have been making music since i was around 12, I started out doing Hip-Hop beats and then later came into the electronic stuff. My musically influences is mostly from non-electronic music, I listen to a combination of jazz, funk, disco and rap. This tune feature a bass sample i found on a fusion record, then i started to fool around with a random chord progression and simple laid the drums unquantized down. Lately i have been really into fusion jazz, the more funky side of it and this was my attempt to combine it with house music.

Swiss talent Replika is back on Tooman with a double nice EP entitled Witchcraft. Here we've got the A.1 to show you today, which also ties in nicely with our run of monochrome artwork this week hah.

Replika has been bubbling under for quite a while now. He has released on esteemed House imprints such as Quintessentials, Morris Audio, Swedish Brandy, Deso and Vibes LTD. 'Can't Find' is friendly & bouncy slice of disco inspired electronic house. Those classic & heavily sampled Loose Joints drums are backed up with echoed melodies, bright french house style chords and a chirpy synth sequence.

It has been a hot summer and the mighty Morris Audio 106 compilation provides the soundtrack for more hot autumn nights and days. „34 degrees“ has some real talent to offer: Simon Hinter (Freerange), Shaka (Local Talk), Alfonso Bottone (Moiss Music) and Baeka (Henry Street Music). First up is a disco house and afro remix by Art Of Tones, who brings the main vocal remix, driven in a funky groove style, and a second, really cool dub version that only uses the parts where Robert Owens speaks, making for a friendly and groovy remix. 

Canadian artist JT Donaldson drops a timeless deep house remix, full of elegant vibes that retains the classy essence of the original. There are also two more versions; an instrumental and a seriously dubby version with trademark deep house grooves.
