To say that it's an honor to host a mix from this man, would be a gross understatement. The respect and love I have for not only KiSk, but his labels under the Apparel Music family tree, is unmatched in the scene. From the first time I heard this beautiful soul in music, I knew it was someone who I needed to pay close attention to. From his wildly successful label, Apparel Music, down to the artistic adventures of ManMan (the unmasked producer of Apparel Wax), I could tell that Giuseppe was extraordinary in every sense of the word. From the quality in his selections, down to the finite details in every one of his productions, I knew I was witnessing a true pioneer of sound and curation. Today I have the honor of returning the favor to the host of my first ever guest mix ❤ With every ounce of love I could muster, I present to you Selected Timbres 003 from one of my favorite humans. With his stripped-down emotional love for music and kind soul, Leipzig-bound beatsmith and all round top geezer Luvless has been steadily cementing his reputation as one of contemporary house music’s finest.

Luvless is known for his work with Rose Records – a label he started with four other friends back in 2011 – and a smattering of appearances on several other labels. slamming down dusty disco edits as well as athomspheric house belters. Since 2017 he’s been focussing on his new project Velours Records. a vinyl outlet for different avenues of the Luvless sound and guest appearances by friends.

His music has been described as sweet, gentle even, but banging at the same time. It sometimes pays homage to the old Kerry days with extra magic dust sprinkled on top.

We first had the pleasure of sharing an evening listening to S3A at the Hallo Montag closing party back in 2018... and to be honest, he stole the show. We've since enjoyed premiering a host of his tracks, and that signature sampled house sound.

Although he discovered electronic music in 92 through UK hardcore with DJ as Tanith or Producer, his culture is based on a solid knowledge of house music, soul, funk, hip hop, making him one of the most promising house artists of the French scene since 2009.

He first came to Paris with Zadig to realize his childhood dream: building a studio and later collaboration, Frendship Connection (All is just a matter of time has actually been playlisted by Marcel Dettmann).

His residency at Concrete helped him to confirm his DJ position since the last 4 years adding as well releases on Lazare Hoche Records, Hold Youth, Concrete Music, Local Talk, Phonogramme and Faces. With these releases, his remix for Laurent Garnier on Music Large and his booking request from the French legend to play with him for his residency at Rex club and Concrete, gave him legitimacy and visibility in all over Europe.
