From playing his dad’s Hammond B3 organ as a child to experimenting with various instruments into his teenage years, it was only natural that Toronto-native Demuir would centre his life around music. As he focused his sights on the DJ world, Demuir developed an eclectic house sound that exudes funky, sexy, and soulful beats, and is consistently recognized and sought by fellow artists and dance music fans around the world.

The man exudes house from every pour. Here we find him in fine form, hitting it out the park alongside fellow Candian house fiend, Toronto Hustle. Enjoy.

Next up, welcome Dublin-based DJ & house producer Glenn Davis 👋 🇮🇪

In 2012, Glenn began his journey into music production which has seen him work with U.K. house music legend Ashley Beedle (Africanz On Marz) on four releases. Glenn’s Body & Soul Ep, Namida Ep and Special Ep all on (F*CLR Records) gained support from DJs like Laurent Garnier, DJ Moxie, Joey Negro, DJ Cosmo, DJ Nature and many more, with Francois K playing Namida (Africanz on Marz remix) on his WorldWide FM show.

We first came across Glenn when we picked up 'I Need You' on Deeper Groove Recordings, and he's also released music on F*CLR Music, YORE, Wolf Music @nysoul, @LocalTalk, Midnight Riot and Flaneurecords Berlin. 

His most recent release 'Space and Time' on Ascension On Wax displays the best of his production: subtle jazz references, skilful production layering, dreamy deep house chords & vocal sampling. This EP includes a remix from Mark Hand & has been receiving props from DJs Jimpster, DJ Sneak, The Mighty Zaf, Nick Holder, Fred P, Lay Far, Giles Smith, Honey Dijon and many more. 

Glenn has over 25 years of DJing experience that has seen him play many clubs and festivals, including UK festivals Southport Weekender, Liverpool Disco Festival and recently M01 Club Berlin. He‘s been a vinyl collector since the mid-nineties and his passion for finding and playing deep, soulful music never stops.

As part of Dublin’s Groovement Soul collective, he was involved in running club nights in Dublin from 2003 , bringing DJs like Phil Asher, Lay Far, Recloose, Bob Jones, Mad Matts and many more to Ireland.

Other recent work includes a track for prestigious label Local Talk Records in their 13 years later compilation, remixes for DJ Craig Smith, DJ Jauche, DJ Gratts and Irish producer @Balmr for Toronto’s @SelectionsLabel.

He's graciously delivered a mix in his fluid, delicately deep style 🚀

Rick Wade is one of those electronic music producers who deserves the honorific title of "maestro." Listening to his music unlocks vibes, sensations, triggered by a deep knowledge of music that is impossible to reproduce without doing the work. The same, I think, goes for his DJ sets. 

This mix series, Sanctify, was created with a sound like Rick Wade's in mind: warm, analog-sounding deep house. "Late Night Basix" could be an alternate title. Though we started with others, Rick Wade drew the blueprint for this.

We are delighted to receive Álvaro Casale, a young talented DJ and producer from Santiago, for this fifth WEB WILD MIX episode.

At the age of 16, Álvaro has developed a funky vibe and behaviour, which will inevitably lead him to get in contact with some house music down the road. Fall in love and commences to explore the world of this music genre. Soon thereafter, he made the choice to mix diverse genres by blending music that creates groovy flavours and has a jazzy-funky feel in it.
