Jeremy Reinhard is a DJ and producer from Cologne. At the age of 25 he started his DJ career with his very own party ‘Vogelfrei’ at the legendary Club, Subway. Rapidly becoming a part of the scene and playing in several clubs, he also gained a residency spot at Reineke Fuchs, one of Cologne‘s finest clubs. In 2018 he co-founded his own label Lekker Records with his friend Niels Freidel in order to support both the music of his friends and other talents around him. Lekker Records are already 10 releases in with many more yet to come…
For anyone that has seen Jeremy performing behind the decks, they won’t have failed to notice the passion and vigour with which he controls the crowd. From jazzy chords with rolling basslines, and switching effortlessly between Disco to Dub, Jeremy’s essence truly is House music.

Just a lot of tunes I collect and maybe the stuff I find personally most interesting, jazz funk, disco funk, psychedelic rock etc. I am taking liberties here. As a father of two, I am under hard time constraints. But since my studio at home is finished, I have the possibility to a) hang with my records again b) keep collecting records for a mix over several days. so the mix builds up inside of me already. i go for walks. listen to more music. and then when it needs to come out, it comes out. With his stripped-down emotional love for music and kind soul, Leipzig-bound beatsmith and all round top geezer Luvless has been steadily cementing his reputation as one of contemporary house music’s finest. The deep house music he’s constantly cooking is a true delight for the ears mind, the body and the soul as it sounds like an undefinable timeless trip. He is mostly known for his work with Rose Records – a label he started with four other friends back in 2011 – and a smattering of appearances on several other labels, slamming down dusty disco edits as well as athomspheric house belters. Since 2017 he’s been focussing on his new project Velours Records, a vinyl outlet for different avenues of the Luvless sound and guest appearances by friends. His music has been described as sweet, gentle even, but banging at the same time. It sometimes pays homage to the old Kerry days with extra magic dust sprinkled on top. You could listen to his products on such labels as Razor-N-Tape, Lüüd Disc or Blaq Numbers and many more.

 

Loyal to himself in this 1-hour mix, Luvless is slowly transitioning from slow-paced deep house beats to mesmerizing house vibes from DJ Psychiatre, Baltra or Benjamin Long. Perfect vibes for the incoming cold winter and end of the year.

Like his productions, his sets are full of personality and style and have earned him a growing reputation as a uniquely gifted DJ. In 2022, he closed We Out Here Festival with Mr Scruff who described Aroop as a 'ridiculously skilled selector, musically able to move in any direction with ease'.
