Enrique Jimenez aka Big Pack, fundador del sello @housesaladmusic, descubrió su amor por la música electrónica a mediados de los 90's cuando empezó a asistir a fiestas con djs locales donde igual se escuchaba House, Techno y Trance. Desde temprana edad quedo atrapado en las redes del House, al escuchar el sonido de Chicago con disqueras como Cajual, Relief, Balance y Prescription. A partir de ahí, todo cambio, porque la tarea de descubrir música se volvió un bucle infinito, iniciando así el amor por coleccionar discos y después de 11 años de recorrer pistas de baile como espectador y dj amateur, en 2005, adquiere sus primeras tornamesas technics 1200 y con una colección de vinilos ya importante, decide aventurarse al mundo del dijing de manera más formal. 

Ahora, ya con algunos años de experiencia, Big Pack ha tocado en Montreal, San Francisco, San Jose California, Oakland y Costa Rica, así como en clubes importantes de la ciudad de México, siendo telonero de artistas de la talla de Kevin Saunderson, Kenny Larkin, Felipe Gordon, Guti, Chez Damier, Hector Moralez, Marques Wyatt, Derrick Carter, Phil Weeks, Wally Callerio, Andrew Emil, JT Donaldson, Oliver Dollar, 1200 Warriors, por nombrar algunos.

En las actividades musicales cotidianas, Big Pack tiene su radioshow semanal Grooves, como parte de la programación de Radio Webphre en Quebec, Canada, así como un show bimestral para Radio Electrónica Jena, en Alemania, que también se transmite por la FM de esa ciudad, así como la participación en numerosos podcast alrededor del mundo.

Convencido de la atemporalidad de la música, sus mixes son un verdadero túnel del tiempo, donde igual escuchas clásicos combinados con lo más fresco del House.

Enrique Jimenez aka Big Pack is the House Salad Music label boss based in Estado de Mexico, Mexico. He discovered his love for electronic music in the mid 90's when he attended house and techno parties with local DJs. From then on, his intimate love affair with house music began.

The sound of Chicago with labels like Cajual and Relief and Prescription brought him the most inspiration. His whole trajectory changed and music became his life. The task of discovering music became an infinite loop of collecting records. After 11 years of touring dance floors as a spectator and amateur DJ, in 2005 he acquired his first turntables, technics 1200s. When he finally felt he had an extensive vinyl collection, he decided to venture into the world of DJing professionally.

Now, with some years of experience, Big Pack has played in key clubs all over Mexico, opening for artists such as Kevin Saunderson, Kenny Larkin, Derrick Carter, Phil Weeks, Wally Callerio, Andrew Emil, JT Donaldson , Oliver Dollar, 1200 Warriors, to name a few. Out of Mexico, Big Pack has played in Canada, USA and Costa Rica

He is very busy with his radio show on Radio Webphre and his own podcast & label, House Salad Music, featuring the best DJs in house music.

Convinced of the timelessness of music, his mixes are a real tunnel of time, where he plays classics combined with the freshest of modern house.

"We made this mix in the studio together and we had a blast finding a bit more house oriented selection. Our AUS and Toy Tonics releases just dropped and they’re both more house than our regular stuff, so our heads are in that space.
