Analog rhythms, atmospheres (similar sounds you could hear in the 'Duran Duran’ 1st album)  and unconventional dance electronics here. Great remix from italo to wave, EBM to electro. French DJ and producer Laurent Paranthoën aka Commuter not a beginner and his works always great. The sixth instalment of Slow Motion’s retro-futuristic international-sister label is the debut release of mysterious Russian producer Fakundo. Tel Aviv born, Berlin based duo TV.OUT make their Dark Entries debut with a 6-track EP titled ‘Dusk Till Dawn’ out Black Friday 2019. Doron Mastey Charly & Ori Itshaki have made a name for themselves the past few years putting on impressive live sets, DJing around the world, and running Parallax Records releasing various strains of rugged, well informed electronic music. Clocking in at 36 minutes this collection moves in hot pursuit of their two previous EPs for L.I.E.S. 

Side A opens with the metallic hi-hats of this Premiere, “Morning Light” which echoes early Euro/Goa techno-EBM pounding industrial darkroom vibes. A great EP as a whole - definitely worth a listen.

Whilst the world is on pause, we thought it be a good idea to showcase some works that have been moving us months before the lockdown kicked in. We wanted to share and replicate the same amount of electric vibrational emotions it initially had on us upon first listening to them, so the best way we could describe that feeling was by calling this VA series, Currents I. In this compilation theres some faces you know from the Power Station roster intersected with some soon to be Power Station release inductees, once this mess clears up obviously.
