The Belgian artist is an incredible creative boy : dj, producer, designer...

And for each of its projects, he draws all his inspiration from the 80s to create crazy and sensitive new things.

“Can’t Wait” is an electro hit with a strong bass rollin’ ARP. The 80s percussions, the leads & the vocoder give to the track a perfect Italo touch. It’s time to break the dancefloor !

“Gusto” is a beautiful ode to Italodisco and Life. The lead melody & the pads take the audience on a happy journey. Cosmic!

We are realy honoured to have the only one Mufti to remix this one. The wellknown Mexican artist bring to the original a darker touch, but always considering the Italo way.

Finally, we welcome our lovely Marcus Christiansen! The Swedish artist, supported by artist as Funk D Void, gives to “Can’t Wait” a perfect mixing between Cosmic Italo and Dark Italo ! Marcus proves once again that he has the sense of the dancefloor ! He will come soon on the owl label to reveal an amazing EP ! Stay Tuned !

PREMIERE : Club Mayz - Can't Wait (Mufti Remix)

Our Ransom Note Records sub-label @humanendeavourrecs welcome DJ, vocalist and producer @anastasiazems for an EP of sludgy acid, coldwave and EBM. 

Hot on the heels of the inaugural release, a Various Artists EP featuring six producers from across the world, Human Endeavour Records share their second release and first solo artist EP, Confession Time.

A collection of mid-tempo sludge for the heads down crew, the four tracks see the Les Yeux Orange and Needs alumni thread the needle between acid, EBM and cold wave, laced with her signature sultry vocals.

The first track to be shared is ‘Trust Me’, which launches with crisp percussion and hollow drum hits before a warbling sub bass engulfs us whole. Eerie pads and shimmering synths are introduced alongside ghostly vocal stabs which elevate the sonics from the darkness.

Samo Records is happy to welcome back Neud Photo to the catalogue, he was featured on our “Sphere” compilation. He delivers three of his signature leftfield-acid-new beat tracks. 

Remix treatments by Fabrizio Mammarella with his acid 303 driving sound for “Let the Meat Cake”, along with Factor City’s Undo on a hypnotic/ trancey take on “Moth Breeder”.

Milano's Uabos and Slow Motion Records member Andrea Tempo join forces for a thunderous EP combining their powerful signature sounds. The aptly named 'Blue Tornado' slings this release into action with glistening arpeggios and a captivating, sweeping synth line. Their re-imagining of the infectious sensibilities of 1980's Italo Disco can be heard throughout the release with nods to electro in 'Paura Nera'.

The anthemic acid-led 'Visione Lontana' ties ethereal elements into the EP, with a hazy yet euphoric lead. Fellow Slow Motion affiliates Armonics and Alteri provide elevating remixes. Alteri maintains the original's chiming allure and lowers the tempo with a rolling bassline that flows into the synth-wave realm. Armonics brings his steady, percussive solidity to the remix re-harmonising the lead to sit within his unmistakable arcane synth textures.

The third release on Derek Russo’s own Broad Channel imprint “Special Occasion" EP arrives loaded with a wide palate of club swagger for any hour of the party. “Celestial Machine” is the A1 rough and rumbling trip, steered by a wiggly SH101 bass line and anchored by a thunderous sub bass and tenacious, rattling percussion. A floating pad briefly takes the edge off before lurching back. The sounds here are inspired and shaped by the aching cacophony of city life. “Yearning 4 Love” marries a Detroit inspired motif, with tasteful synth layering and bouncy, off-kilter drum programming. The result is an inquisitive banger, something different for the modern dance floor.

On the flip side, the title track ‘Special Occasion’ drops the tempo to a chugging rhythm that swings from a funky break tucked underneath. Deranged piano chords open up to a sinister synth line, jangling guitar and a thick 80s bass line. The final track “Planet Sunset” closes out this EP with a soaring, introspective synth floating on top of a rolling breakbeat groove, disco fed bass work and Juno stabs that resolves into a wave of oozy pad chords - a sure piece for the late night discerning dance floor.
