Radioshow on Radio F.R.E.I. Erfurt, immer jeden zweiten Montag im Monat um 20 Uhr

Der Schuster war einst ein DJ namens Gam:bit, der sich auf düsteren Techno spezialisiert hatte. Seine Musik war dunkel, aber dennoch energetisch. Eines Abends traf er auf drei Künstler, die ähnliche Beats spielten, welche jedoch um einiges langsamer waren und von welchen er sogleich ergriffen war.
Diese Musikrichtung, wie er in Erfahrung brachte, wurde Downtempo genannt.

Der Schuster wurde von der Musik der Künstler (https://soundcloud.com/wiek-sound , https://soundcloud.com/saileeeee & https://soundcloud.com/frida-darko) inspiriert und begann, seine eigenen langsamen Sets zu spielen. Er experimentierte mit verschiedenen Sounds und stellte sicher, dass seine Sets langsam aber dennoch treibende Elemente hatten.

Bei jedem Auftritt forderte der Schuster das Publikum auf, ihre Schuhe auszuziehen und sockig auf einem Teppich zu tanzen. Er wollte, dass sie die Musik auf eine besondere Art und Weise erlebten, indem sie ihre Sinne auf den Rhythmus und den Bass konzentrierten. Der Schuster hatte gelernt, dass die Musik die Menschen verbinden und ihre Seele befreien konnte.

Schließlich wurde der Schuster zu einem bekannten DJ und spielte Musik auf größeren Festivals und Clubs. Aber egal wie groß die Veranstaltung war, der Schuster vergaß nie, das Publikum dazu aufzufordern, ihre Schuhe auszuziehen. Für ihn war es der Schlüssel zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis, bei dem die Musik und die Menschen eins wurden.

Massive grooves, fierce basslines, sly sounds - all from his own pen. Again and again, familiar vocals break through the thicket of driving rhythms, while the dancefloor clings to the beat of his live sets like a pulsating body. Seemingly out of nowhere, Flave surprised 2022 with a series of releases that precisely hit the nerve of the times of Berlin's down & midtempo scene. 

In fact, Flave's producing has been with him for over a decade - from piano to the refined architecture of his tracks, he taught himself everything. At the same time, his quiet and modest manner is in charismatic contradiction to the uncompromising sex appeal of his music.
