This time, the journey took me on an unexpected recovery path. I thought my body was fighting the virus of our times, which it was, but reality does indeed have many scales. I've also been fighting my own ego for so long now. Feeding it, hating it, not knowing how to live in harmony with it really... innocently believing that others know what they're talking about, often mistaking my longing for authentic human relational intimacy with the deep emotional panic painted along the way and to which this new world's disturbances add in intensity and complexity. Do you know those times where you can't even appreciate the music you like anymore? It has nothing to do with the music, it's with our predisposition to feel what is. We try to avoid what doesn't feel good and look for ways to uplift ourselves. Happiness is a good thing. However, making it a goal and actively engaging in pursuing happiness makes people unhappy. It's a bit of a paradox : to truly be happy you have to aim at experiencing happiness indirectly. Like if you want to see the light of the sun, you can't watch the sunlight directly without burning your eyes, but you can most certainly enjoy all its colors in the beauty of a rainbow. So you have to scatter the journey to appreciate all different layers of what happiness can mean to you. And in the end, you will find that you unlock the real access to happiness when you ASPIRE to it rather than thirst for it, nourishing all the different layers of your happy rainbow:
Authentic - the courage to see what is for what it is 
Spiritual  - a sense of meaning and purpose at home and at work
Intellectual - be curious and deeply engage with material, text, art, nature
Relational - the quality of relationships is the #1 indicator of happiness
Emotional - gratitude is the mother of all virtues

Olympic Winter Games 2018, Gangneung Curling Center: A new track shall be created that will support South Korea during the Round Robin. When the athletes move in, Ex-Mono & Jan 10ner play their typical dub techno sounds, which are carried by tablas and meet dreamy chords. The audience is sitting on its chairs and crosses the fingers for Second Seong Se-hyeon before he places rock three and four. The track picks up the calm gliding of the stone and the anxious silence that is only disturbed by Skip Kim Chang-min and his calls. Until everyone knows: Double Take Out! The stone slides out of the “house” and the discipline slips away in the hall. Driven by a house bassline and organic shakers, the audience celebrates the team. With a touch of acid, the rocks glide through the track at 108 bpm without losing sight of the target coordinates.
