INTRO

I am not my disease.
I am a person with Parkinson’s,
and I aim to live life fully.

CHORUS 

My life will go like ebb and flow.
Some hours high, some hours low.
Just full of strength, now feel like age 105.

Walk fast or slow, but now I know:
There's a way I have to go.
So I will fight and make the best out of my life. 

VERSE 1

My body wakes me up with stiffness and pain.
Need to get my dose to become human again.

Now life is good. It almost feels the way it used to be.
Back in the driver's seat again, loaded with energy.

BRIDGE

My high tide only lasts for several hours every day.
So I must make good use of it before my next decay.

VERSE 2

Meeting my friends tonight therefore I have to calculate
my meals and pills so that I'm really on the top at 8.

I know I am the first to leave the pub, but that's okay for me.
I just enjoy this precious time when I'm so carefree.
