After a recent request to hear a previous mix-up from a live set, which I'd be hard pressed to recreate because of the moment and situation, I decided instead to take it all a little different and combine and share. This is a remix of two very disparate sources which I'm trying to resolve un-peaceably. Quite ridiculously, with much joy; I do hope you enjoy. Thank you for asking those who did!

Slum is a solo project by Japanese trance scene’s favourite,

Shuji. He is a member of PHI [2001-2004] who appeared on the scene meteorically 2004, acted as their pleases and now are on indefinite break. 2005 He starts again carrying his own project Slum with thirst and desire for music.
Slum has released three full albums by 2017.

He started listening “Psychedelic Rock music” when he was very young, then formed a rock band and released CDs, and stepped in to psy-trance field. He travels all over the world and visits unexplored regions, holy places, ghettos, and refugee camps, and expresses what he sees and feels by trance music.
Yes, Slum’s music is for everybody, an anthem of life. Characterized by uplifting bass lines, aggressive riffs, and speedy sound,

Slum aka PHI did a tour in Europe, Asia, Australia and Latin America to so far.
“Cosmic convergence” in Guatemala ,”Earthcore Carnival” in Australia, “Dance of Shiva” in India and many others.

Slum is often invited to big festivals in Japan.”Rebirth Festivel“,”Nagisa Music Festival“,”Harukaze“,”Inochi no Matsuri”
As well good underground party, “Old Hippy Commune Baku Villeage Festival“,”Space Gathering“,”Mind of Visidon“,”Eeyanaika“.
Additionally rock festival,”Unite Camp“,”Zao-Dragon Rock Festival“,”Iga Rock Festival“.
He continues to connect boundaries Overground psytrance scene, Undeground psytrandce scene and Rockband scene.

He started a music label & party organaize team “Sunflowers of Today” from 2008.
In addition to his own music distribution, the team is hosting D.I.Y party in South Island of Japan.
That party name is “Last Summer Trip“. The party has been held on five islands so far.

Another nominal DJ SZ works as freestyle DJ to spin all music.
He also works on almost all the art works relating to himself.

2002

2003

·Play at  Koh Phangan Thiland.

2004

·PHI 1st album “PHINALIZER” Release
·Europe Tour. Round trip from Hungary to Portugal by his driving car 8000km. Played in 5 countries.

2005

·Slum 1st Album “Make Rainboe in Your Slum” Release.
·DJ TSUYOSHI compile V.A. “Far East Psytrance League 2005” Release.
·Europe Tour
·Australia tour with “Earthcore Carnival”  as the leader.
·Played at Japanese big rave “Summer Arcade”
Since then, his annual Play number has exceeded 40.

2006

·DJ Fullmoon Mondo compile V.A. “Akuon” Release.
·Australia tour with “Earthcore Carnival”  as the leader.

2007

·Slum turned to Japan.

·A release party was held at two shops in Shimokitazawa familiar to the band era.
