SPæce Jam is the Afro futurist audio-visual music experience from Jamaali a.k.a. Jam Jam Art, who dreamed of becoming a DJ and making hiphop beats for years. Yet, throughout primary school and college he would find himself focusing on visual art. After developing a successful visual arts career Jam has been able to find new creativity territory through audio production which brings to life the sounds in his head. Before producing however, Jam became involved playing African djembe drums as a way to connect with his black roots, where syncopation and rhythm are key the foundation of the music. He moves forward in the creative space with the power of his ancestors guiding him.
