Have a bit of your drink, have a bit of my drink

Michael grew up in a house where records were always being played. His parents were big Beatles fans, and it really cemented his love of music from an early age.  Like all rebellious teens he developed his own taste in music, RAP for starters much to the dismay of his parents, and would record and edit songs on cassette tape from the radio. From there in the early 90s a radio show called Musicquarium, hosted by Sydney DJ Nik Fish, really grabbed his attention, and so began a love of dance music and mixing.  Across the late 90s and early 2000s he played sets under DJ name Mr Rossi, at some of the original Sydney Sunday Sessions - The Duke of Cornwall, Transition and Sounds on Sunday which is about to celebrate 25 years (2024).  

After a move away from Sydney to the Blue Mountains in the mid 2000s to focus on family and other creative pursuits, he set up his first studio with a few basic elements. Initially using software Reason, started dabbling in making electronic music, not really taking it too serious.  However after switching to Ableton Live and opening up a SoundCloud account to share his music over the past five years, his style has really developed.  Now located in Bathurst with a purpose built studio the creative juices are really flowing and he is enjoying making bouncy house, tech house tunes for all of mankind to enjoy!
