It's been seemingly quiet from Mudman for some time, but we know he's been more productive than ever!

'Libra EP' is in many ways a typical Mudman release, mixing melodies and subtile details across genres.

The remixes also adds up to the diversity, ranging from brazilian dj & producer Rodrigo Ferrari's classcic deep house approach, to Kevin Nordstads pumping techno, to Norwegian ledgend Peter Pan's more old School vibe.

Mudman - The Seas (Kevin Nordstad Remix)

Small Records is a Norwegian independent record label based in Oslo, that specialises in Electronic music genres like Techno, House, Melodic, Deep House, Minimal, Deep Tech and Tech House.  

The label was established in 2010 by founder, DJ, promoter and producer Eric Small, initially to distribute the debut EP “Super Superficial” by Poporn Radio and “Great outdoors” by Mudman, both releases was only distributed on CD’s. From this point on the releases came frequently on digital platforms.

In 2015, the label released “Still Sleepy EP” by Mudman, This was a turning point for the label. The release got some steady remixes from great producers like Marcello V.O.R., Lars Wickinger, and Robert Solheim to mention a few. The release gained massive support from many well established Dj’s around the world. The next success was “Deep Sea” by Arthur Thalison & Caia Lopez from Brazil. With vocals by Cari Golden and remixes from Sezer Uysal, DLC and Andre Anttony, the EP received lots of positive feedback and support.

After this the label signed and released numerous EP’s, compilations and albums, and Small Records now has 47 releases with over 300 tracks from more than 80 different artists and groups around the globe. After a longer break, due to label boss Eric Smalls very successful, but also time consuming club Elefant, Small Records is now back! Watch out for some really amazing new music soon to be released, and stay tuned for the next chapters of this journey trough the wonderful world of electronic music.

I started spinning records back in 92` in Oslo. Playing vocal house and funky house at many different clubs. In 2001 I found my self playing more and more tech and minimal stuff wich I still like to play.

This has given me the opportunity to play at clubs such as sikamekanico, Pi, Villa, Cafe sør, Sjokoladefabrikken, Jaeger and Elefant Kulturkartel.

In 2012 I started to produce and have since then released tracks on Small records, tæchno records, Spliced Vinyl Recordings, Straight up records, Drum Tunnel Recordings, Twisted Recordings, Re:vibe Music, Reflective Music, Variety Music and others. Many of my tracks also appear on different compillations. 
I have remixed for artists such as Adrian O`Blanca, Egoism, Pulse Plant, Gaston Zani, Porno Poltergeist, Keah, Eric Small, Minks , Unknown Identity, Optimuss and others.
