While the leaves are changing their colour and autumn has already arrived, we present you the set from our dear friend @FabianKrooss, who brings back summer feelings. 🌞
Fabian is taking us on a journey to south italy on the beautiful island of Sicily. Here he performed at the Luna Nuova Festival.

🌱 What’s the most important piece of advice you would give your younger self?
Oh, that’s a good one. I’d probably say: trust your instincts and really listen to what your gut is telling you. And I mean really listen, especially when it comes to big life decisions. There are moments when logic won’t give you the answers you need — but your intuition usually knows the way.

🫣 Is there a city or place you’re eager to visit in the future, and why?
There are so many! I absolutely love traveling, and I’ve been lucky to explore some incredible places over the past few years — but the list of where I still want to go just keeps growing. I’d love to dive deeper into parts of Africa, South America, and Asia I haven’t seen yet. But honestly, it’s hard to name just one spot. The world has so much to offer, and I can’t wait to keep discovering it all, even more so with my music :)

🎤If you could speak any language fluently, which one would you choose and why?
Definitely Spanish. Apart from English, it’s the one language that really connects you to so many parts of the world. I’ve played quite a few shows in Mexico lately, and every time I’m there, I wish I spoke it better. Guess it’s about time I change that :)

Finally the re-recording of my Mystic Creatures Festival set! :) it was a super nice experience to open the Spirit Space on thursday. Starting still in the warmth of the day, dancing into a beautiful sunset at the end of my set <3 soundwise something new for me - I didn't want to play "classic" downtempo and was thinking of something more trancy, dreamy, but with enough drive to make you dance and start smoothly into the festival :) enjoy listening to the recording and thanks to all the producers for your music!

Heute ist die liebe GERDA. mit einem Podcast bei uns zu Gast. In Berlin geboren und aufgewachsen, kam sie schon früh mit elektronischer Musik in Berührung. Am wohlsten fühlt sie sich mit groovigem Downtempo, bouncy Midtempo und verträumtem Deep House. So steht auch dieses Set ganz im Zeichen des Fluffs. Schöne Chords und Melodien lassen den Geist abschweifen und die Seele baumeln, genau so begegnen wir einem grauen Novembertag doch am liebsten.

Wie seid ihr dazu gekommen, elektronische Musik im Downtempo-/Midtempo-Bereich zu spielen?

Krachim: Wenn ich über die Anfänge von Downtempo nachdenke, kommen mir direkt zwei Festival Floors in den Sinn. Das sind der Lafari Floor auf dem Katzensprung und der Wilden Hilde auf dem Moyn Moyn, wo ich dann im Laufe der Jahre unzählige Stunden verbracht habe und dem Downtempo vollends verfallen bin.
Nina Ypsilon: Ich erinner mich noch gut daran, als ich das erste Mal downtempo bei Freunden gehört habe. Ich war sofort begeistert von dieser neuen Facette der Musik, die so viel Freiraum gibt und einen gleichzeitig mitreißt. Danach war definitiv mein Highlight, iorie live auf der Fusion zu hören, was mich komplett zum downtempo fan werden lassen hat.

Was uns dieses selbst erbaute Wohnzimmer ermöglicht, wollen wir mit unseren Freunden und Gästen an verschieden Lokalitäten teilen.

Mit unseren Veranstaltungen und Podcasts, wollen wir lokale und kleine Geschäfte unterstützen und neuen so wie alt bekannten Musikern eine Plattform bieten. Das Ganze nach dem Motto: SMALL BUT NICE!
