For the 35th installment of our podcast series, we have a selector that has been going from strength to strength recently. Junki Inoue is as talented as they come. The Japanese-born, but London-based DJ somehow manages to make the heaviest of beats sound light and refined. His programming, razor-sharp mixing, refined curation, and humble attitude have earned him spots at some of the dopest venues and festivals around. Through his label SAISEI he also introduces long-forgotten obscurities from The Land of the Rising Sun to discerning collectors and selectors in Europe. This mix is an excerpt of his stellar performance at our Bret ADE event last year. Enjoy the ride!

once upon a time in november 2024, spooky season’s favorite mascots landed at hoppetosse to celebrate their annual marathon wizardry. i had the pleasure of joining and contributing by spinning my favorite records - each carefully selected to capture the feeling of someone breaking into your house lol. hearing a few screams here n there that were recorded through the needles still gets me goosebumps every time (how does that work actually??). anyways - the spook was on!!
