Leland kept finding new life. This second set of remixes moves the album into new directions. Matthew Herbert takes “Lostfound” apart and rebuilds it twice over, Black Light Smoke lights a fire under it with restless sounds and Steve Bug changing it into a deep tune.

For the next edition of OUFFFCAST, we have the genuine pleasure to welcome accomplished selector and all around nice guy - Gira!

As one of the founders of the Basic Movement collective in Paris, Gira has been an integral part of the electronic music resurgence that has taken place in the French capitol in recent years. From a distance and with keen interest, we have observed the increasing number of DJs, producers, music collectives and clubs that have burst on to the scene. Gira is an important force of this evolution.

Over the last couple of years, Gira has invited and shared the booth with a bunch of A+ selectors like Sugar Free, Andrew James Gustav, Digby, Youandewan, Alec Falconer, Riccardo, Manuel Schatz, the gentlemen from Beau Mot Plage, and many more. With great energy and enthusiasm, Gira is someone whose passion for music is impossible to miss. His contribution to the OUFFFCAST series is a true testament to his deep musical knowledge and enviable mixing skills. I hope you enjoy the mix as much as we do. Eliaz is a producer, DJ and live performer from Idrija, Slovenia who is deeply immersed in production and is slowly but for sure becoming one of the prominent characters of Slovene underground scene.

ODYSSEYCAST 004 - ELIAZ (SW:IDR)

South Paris representative, Djamel is an experienced figure of the scene. DJ and event organizer since the early 2010’s, he launched a short-lived label, Sabbateans (Nicola Kazimir, Errel Ranson), in 2019. 
2020 brought new perspectives as he is currently working on two labels projects as well as making his debuts as a producer. 
The selection concentrates a wholesome dose of techno-house, finding a balance between underworld modulations and ethereal tones to shape an array of textures (trancey/industrial/tribal). Djamel submits here a dynamic and sprightly odyssey, including a few exclusive forthcoming and unreleased tracks.
