OK so please remember we're using a guitar and guitar processor here trying to emulate the very recognisable bass sound of Geddy Lee. No samples. No PCM. Just pure wave modelling of the guitars output. The bass you're hearing is only the VG99. I reckon it did OK! The patch is available to download from vguitarforums

Barchetta VG99 Bass Patch in the style of Geddy Lee

A rendition of Jeff Buckley’s Lover you should’ve come over featuring the man himself backed up by a dual tone VG99 patch. COSM A is the organ model with auto rotary speaker fast and slow switching and freeze pedal to hold the chords so the guitar can move over the top of them. COSM B is a Tele with neck pup (well it is Jeff afterall!) with gain controllable from GK300 volume pot. It’s a very dynamic patch and the organ follows the main git dynamics really nicely with just enough movement from the rotary speaker to cover up the organ sounds short comings!

VG99 - Glitch Patch Infinity Jet Demo 2

Here's version 2 of the patch with full Who backing. VG99 providing Pete's crunch and the classic chopped organ sound all live, all in one single take. You can here where I dip out just before the fade to prove it's all VG99

Pete's guitar and organ track have been muted apart from his acoustic guitar. One rough and ready take - I took some real liberties with sloppy playing and the organ tracks really well. DI'd straight into PC as all my patch demos.

Won't get Fooled Again V2 VG99 combined Organ/Guitar Patch with Who backing

Played in one pass on one track by one guitar with one patch. The verse guitars on the original are double tracked panned hard left and right and it's impossible for one person to play exactly what Paul Kossoff did because he used different inversions of the A chord on left and right takes besides massively different tone setup. I've used some cunning variable delay between the left and right models to simulate double tracking by a single guitar. This patch also has the solo tone.
