Swiss trio Sunlike Brothers and Brenton Mattheus join forces to make their bow on Smash Deep with ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’. Both acts have combined previously to great effect on singles such as ‘In My Life’ and Smash the House sublabel Smash Deep once again show their unmistakeable ability to spot a winning combination as they draft in their latest debutants, who are set to make serious waves with this single. 

A bouncy, deep tone provides the catalyst for Brenton Mattheus’ emotive vocal to shine right from the start, emitting an ominous melody which provides an indication of the shuffling, electronic groove that is about to drop. The beat is full of flair, switching between shimmering hats and a low bassline that is littered with intermittent synth stabs and glitches that make ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’ undeniably danceable. The breakdown sits back to allow Brenton’s vocal to take centre stage, before building with a clever crescendo towards the second drop, which switches things up with a heads-down, hands up club-focused rhythm.
