SMC (SMALLCIRCLE) - Originated from the Mafia music group From Blakely, Ga located in southwest region of the state. Within the 229 Area, Small Circle has reincarnated to a musical organization. Members of this organization create musical beats, ghost writes, and produce Unanimous mix-tapes within the SMC group .
