The unhurried rhythm of evolution.

Slow Life came into being in 2011 when an easygoing set of Spaniards & Italians crossed paths and coalesced in Berlin. The current collective consists of Laurine, Cecilio, S. Moreira, and Santi Uribe a.k.a. Indi Zone. The music they play, like the music they produce, is bound together by threads of luminosity and timelessness. 

Between innumerable hours in the studio, a knack for sourcing new talent, and thoughtful art direction, the label grew steadily and organically, and a signature Slow Life identity began to emerge. This led naturally to parties at their homebase in Hoppetosse and the globe-trotting showcases for which the group has become widely known. Ardent digging and long, mesmerizing DJ-sets are central to their craft; they fabricate a musical space for the audience to get lost in, the adventure going as far and deep as the collective imagination will allow. To put it simply: they know how to throw a party and make you feel right at home. 

Each release on the label invokes a timestamp of their intersections and environment, resulting in collaborations with Primary Perception, Basement Space, and Paolo Mosca, to name a few. Strains of jazz, breaks, and ambient music inflect Slow Life’s singular sound with a charismatic balance of discerning taste and approachability.

Slow Life is about taking time and the unhurried rhythm of evolution. Music as a celebration of music. No rush, no pretense, no limitations — only deep work, positive expression, and playful experimentation.

La scintilla per immergersi nel digging pero'e'scattata nel 2017 dopo aver partecipato al corso Tenax Academy e grazie hai suoi principali maestri del corso Fabio della Torre, Matteo Zarcone Zee e Alex Neri: e nel 2018 quando e'entrata a far parte dello staff BE ONE'S sotto la ala di Dj Omar J Neri.
Ama talmente tanto la musica che il suo background non e'definito ma e'in continua evoluzione comunque le sue principali influenze sono Funk, Soul e Jazz, hip hop, house, drum n'bass e Techno.

Alex Neri, with almost 30 years of Classic Music Productions, has been making an influential contribution to modern electronic dance music since the early 1990’s.
Legendary producer and musician, he have produced many classic records together under many different aliases, with one of the most popular being Kamasutra whose releases were worshipped on a global scale.
In 1995 Alex created Planet Funk, releasing two superb club records before this developed into a fully fledged band project. Their first official single as a band was ‘Chase the Sun’ in 1999 which rapidly became a global radio hit and led to multiple album and single releases and industry wide acclaim. To date the band have released five studio albums, a ‘Best Of’ and are now currently finalising their sixth album, which is due out in 2023.
At the very core, Alex's passion remains in the clubs, where he can best express his pure love for music. Always innovative, his DJ sets are a fantastic marriage between experimental sounds and the hottest house and techno tracks from around the world.
