Just in time for spooky season we've got a proper deep and dark 140 session for the 82nd Sublimix from our friend Mandala Ataksak from the woods of New Brunswick, Canada. She's been a strong ambassador of the dubstep sound for over a decade as a selector and stream manager for dubplate.fm as well as standing tall as a strong proponent for bringing up femme and non-binary artists in the underground bass scene. She's got no time for you bullshit if you're not working to build a more inclusive scene for those underrepresented. 

Keep your eyes and ears on this one, as she is a force to be reckoned with. Crank your cans and/or speakers. This is serious head down business.

"This mix has gone through quite an evolution and means a lot to me personally. It started out as a jam session recorded on turntables for my dear friend Rhombi’s birthday. I ended up really digging the recording, listening to it quite a bit and using a number of the mixes in my 2021 festival sets. I had a fucking blast working with this music over the summer and it’s a real pleasure to leave this mix here in its final form with Sublimate. This was my first time recording on CDJs. I’m a hard-core turntables bitch but decided to push myself to record on different gear. It was refreshing and fun as hell to smash upon those buttons! Big ups to all the incredibly talented producers that I have included in this mix. Huge love and gratitude to those of you supporting and listening. And of course out to Sublimate Records for hosting and pushing so many sick underground sounds.  xxx  - M"
