Electric Hotel Studios was set up by Ben Tyreman in January 2016, he is a passionate mix engineer and will help improve your music to make it sound the best it can possibly be.

We are located in Stockport, but can work with anyone worldwide via the internet using dropbox.

Tera Ferna is a Rock and Soul band (unsigned) that began as the solo project of singer/songwriter Matt Charles. With the addition of Brandon Kent on jazzy bass and James “Jolly” Perez shredding on lead guitar the group became a solid band. Richard Castillo came roaring in on keys followed by Anthony “Junie” Washington who keeps it tight in the pocket behind the drum kit.

All the members matured individually as artists after several years of playing in various local and touring bands throughout the highly cultural music scene of Texas and the rest of the country. Tera Ferna is the result of these talented musicians blending their eclectic styles together successfully to create a fresh and powerful sound straight out of the Alamo City.

Gravity Studios is a recording studio in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago, opened by producer/engineer Doug McBride in 1993. Known as the studio responsible for furthering the success of developing indie rock bands, Gravity’s first week of existence was spent with Veruca Salt, recording the first version of the bands’ hit, “Seether”.

After producing “deal closing demos” for many local bands in the 90’s, the studio grew, producing notable recordings including: Racheal Yamagata’s “Collide”, the major label debut album for Fall Out Boy, multiple albums for Rise Against, the hit “Delilah” for the Plain White T’s, work with Badly Drawn Boy, the Walkmen, and Jack’s Mannequin. In 2005, Gravity expanded its horizons and added a state-of-the-art mastering suite.

Gravity remains true to its original vision of artist development and accessibility to local artists. The studio has also served as a hub for audio engineers. Many trace their beginnings to internships or first jobs at Gravity.
