At the begining it was just a game.; he was playing for friends at their parties, but as the time goes by, he matured. In the year 1999 he start to work with Radio Mix FM Bucharest as a producer. Here is the place were he first meets the professional equipment. Some other radios and collaborations with production audio video studios, made Jo.E understand the game, and nowadays the sound is his passion. this is the moment that seemed just a hobby, comes to life. After a period of research, finally he focuses on house, deep house and soulful but he can always surprise by approaching new genres.

More than just a radio, GrooveOn is a concept. Everywhere it goes, it carries along a message. Everywhere it is heard, it manifests itself as the explanation of a cultural platform, an open arts space. At the same time, GrooveOn started as a reaction to the world we all live in, a world that is forever seeking answers. We chose to express them through music, photography, painting theatre and/or film.

Our manifesto is not about fighting for the truth, neither do we want to issue everlasting judgments as judgmental is the very attitude we get away from. We want to be the builders of a bridge between underground artists and provide them with the communication platform that their ideas can take off from, that platform that makes them heard.

GrooveOn started backwards: from a tangible radio to a project. It is now, a concept that sketches itself as we go by. It holds the signature off all of those who choose to express themselves freely and purely, through arts.

First of all, Little Hado is a person with great passion for quality sounds. Starting with year 2008,  his passion rapidly became a burning desire to learn how to play and produce music. 

From then on, in just one year he was invited to play at various parties - his first party was at an After Hours at Mash-up Club in Bucharest - thus gaining more experience and getting to know how and what can make a person smoothly move on the dancefloor.  

 
 Always open to new ideas and in continuos research for better sounds, his musical style ranges from house to techno and even experimental.
