Beginning in 1995, DJ Brandon (DJB) quickly at the early age of 18 yrs old became one of Oakland’s California Hottest House music DJ’s. Mixing sounds from Baltimore, Chicago, New York, kept people on the Dance floor. He’s consistent with beat mixing and knowing what the crowd wants to hear. He started out playing alongside DJ Terry Hayes at Cables Reef. Cables Reef was the hottest gay club in Oakland from the 80's until 2007. A nightclub where you can hear the best soulful, gospel house music from urban black DJ's. San Francisco kids traveled across the bay to hear a beat.

After DJ Terry Hayes retired, DJ Brandon took over DJing from 1996 - 2000  Friday and Saturday nights at Cables Reef
At the same time DJ Brandon played the First Gay Pride Oakland (Eastbay) 1999
Club Rimshot @ the Bench and Bar 1998 - 2000
Vibe Lounge 2005 - 2006 and other small venues until 2010

After years being away from the decks, DJB decided to make a comeback in 2020. He created a following on all social platforms and now sucessfully growing his Youtube channel that's dedicated to his passion of House Music. He uploads all of his versatile House Music mixes from Gospel, Soulful and some Tech House onto his Youtube Channel for all ages and enviorments. DJB has performed recently at Oakland Pridefest 2022, San Fernando Valley Pride 2022, Pride in the Park 2021 and club venues in Los Angeles and Oakland. He has performed alongside House Music Legend Crystal Waters, Cece Peniston and San Francisco House music Legend DJ David Harness. DJB recently submitted orginal work to Quantize Recordings through a Talent search and was selected by DJ Spen for signing on his lable. 

DJB continues to make mixes on his Youtube channel of edits, remixes and orginal work when not performing in front of a audience.  He's a versatile House Music DJ, no matter what crowd you put in front of him he can deliver.
